SENIOR ARCHITECT
Jose C. Jimenez (Joji) is a Puerto Rican architect and urbanist, currently serving as a Senior Architect at STORYN. Joji earned his degree in architecture from Cornell University before launching his career in New York City. In NYC, he developed a robust expertise in residential and interior architecture, gaining experience across all phases of project design and execution.
After more than a decade in New York, Joji relocated to Los Angeles, where he expanded his portfolio to include commercial, hospitality, and urban design projects. His passion for architecture lies in transforming abstract ideas into tangible realities. Joji believes that great design should be accessible to all, emphasizing that architecture is as much about function as it is about form. He views architects as stewards of the built environment, tasked with elevating the human experience while respecting the natural world.
Joji’s diverse experience includes collaborations on award-winning projects with internationally acclaimed firms such as Bjarke Ingels Group and Clodagh Design in New York, and Hanson LA in Los Angeles. Beyond architecture, he is an enthusiastic podcaster.
