The world we live has changed – work-from-home is a new norm, the need to reduce large mortgages for other lifestyle alternatives, a focus on sustainable initiatives over conventional, and a need to explore, all leading towards a want for an enhanced quality of life experience for individuals and families that now choose to co-habitat with the likeminded.
